About Us
The Persian American Center for Education (PACE) was established as a nonprofit charitable corporation under the laws of the state of Texas and Internal Revenue Code (IRS) section 501(c)(3) as a nonprofit organization. Donors can deduct contributions they make to PACE under IRS Section 170.
The Center does not have any religious or political affiliation and operates by a volunteer Board of Directors and Officers through donations received from the community. PACE is dedicated to strengthening relationships and deepening the understanding among Iranians and Americans.
The PACE will conduct education, art, and cultural activities primarily in Austin, Texas. Different local chapters located at cities throughout the United States shall be governed by the designated local chapter personnel under the supervision of the corporate office in Austin, Texas. The principal office of the PACE shall be located in Austin, County of Travis, State of Texas. This office shall direct PACE activities and be the depository for all PACE records. The PACE may also have offices at such other places throughout the United States as the board may from time to time determine or the business of the PACE may require.
